Terms & Conditions

Breakup, Divorce & Domestic Abuse Awareness Accreditation for Family Law Professionals
Sara Davison Global Enterprises Ltd.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing this training programme (whether individually or as part of a group licence), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you are enrolling participants on behalf of a firm or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that all participating individuals accept and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of the Programme

This Accreditation provides awareness-level training on the emotional, behavioural and psychological dynamics of breakup, divorce and domestic abuse.

This programme is not legal advice, counselling, therapy, mental health training, a safeguarding or risk-assessment qualification, or a substitute for professional judgement, regulatory compliance or legal obligations.

Tools and techniques are provided for general guidance only. Participants must use their own professional discretion and follow their organisation’s protocols at all times.

2. Participant Responsibilities

Participants remain fully responsible for their own professional decisions and conduct, safeguarding actions, referrals, risk management, compliance with regulatory frameworks (including SRA, Resolution, or relevant professional bodies), and seeking legal or clinical supervision when required.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, no liability is accepted for client outcomes or harm occurring before, during, or after the use of this training.

If a client is at risk of harm, participants must follow their organisation’s safeguarding procedures and contact appropriate specialist or emergency services.

3. Access, Duration & Accreditation Validity

Access to the training programme and associated materials is provided for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Accreditation issued under this programme is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

To maintain accredited status and continued access to the programme materials, participants must renew their accreditation annually.

Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, accreditation automatically renews for a further 12-month period and the applicable annual fee will be charged using the payment method provided at enrolment.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their payment details remain valid and up to date.

Failure to renew accreditation will result in loss of accredited status and access to programme materials.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases of the programme and associated accreditation are final and non-refundable.

By enrolling in the programme, participants acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • failure to complete the programme

  • change of personal or professional circumstances

  • inability to access or complete the training within the access period

  • organisational changes within a purchasing firm.

Where accreditation renews annually, the renewal fee is also non-refundable once processed.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

5. Cancellation of Annual Renewal

Participants may cancel their annual renewal at any time before the renewal date by contacting [email protected].

Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but will not result in any refund of fees already paid.

Access to the programme and accredited status will continue until the end of the current paid accreditation period.

6. Group Purchases, Firms & Third-Party Enrolments

Where an organisation purchases multiple licences, the purchasing organisation accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all participants. Each participant accessing the course also accepts these Terms through continued use of the training platform.

Failure by an individual to personally click consent does not invalidate acceptance already made by the firm.

Licences are non-transferable once activated.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials — including written content, workbooks, videos, frameworks, diagrams, and The Davison Domestic Abuse Identification Tool™ — are copyright © Sara Davison Global Enterprises Ltd.

  • engages in unethical conduct

  • damages the reputation of the programme.

No refund will be issued in the event of revocation.

13. Non-Competition (Training & Certification)

Participants agree that they will not create or deliver substantially similar training programmes derived from this course for a period of 24 months after enrolment.

This includes:

  • competing certification programmes

  • licensed training systems

  • derivative coaching courses based on programme content.

This clause does not prevent participants from operating their own coaching practice.

14. Updates to Accreditation Requirements

Sara Davison Global Enterprises Ltd. may update accreditation requirements, CPD expectations, or renewal processes to maintain professional standards and programme quality.

Participants will be notified of any material changes.

15. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sara Davison Global Enterprises Ltd. is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, clinical, legal, or safeguarding decisions made by participants, organisational failures, regulatory non-compliance, or emotional distress experienced by participants or their clients.

Participation confirms understanding that this is awareness training and not professional regulation or therapeutic instruction.

We may contact participants regarding accreditation renewal, CPD opportunities, programme updates, and related professional development offerings. Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time.

Essential service emails relating to accreditation, access, expiry, or compliance will continue regardless of marketing preferences.

We never sell personal information to third parties.

18. Programme Updates

We reserve the right to update or improve course content, adjust modules or assessments, enhance or replace tools and frameworks, or amend delivery formats without prior notice, ensuring ongoing relevance and quality.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will fall under UK jurisdiction.
