This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, store, and use personal data when you enrol in the Breakup, Divorce & Domestic Abuse Awareness Accreditation.

We may collect your name, email address, job role or organisation, billing and payment details, course progress and assessment results, and communications with our support team. We do not store full payment card details.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process personal data to provide access to the training platform, track progress and issue accreditation, send essential service emails, maintain CPD compliance records, and send marketing communications relevant to your training.
Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time.
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
Our lawful bases under UK GDPR include Contract (to deliver the service purchased), Legitimate Interest (for training administration and improvement), and Consent (for optional marketing communications).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share necessary data with our learning platform provider, payment processors, and accreditation bodies. All partners comply with UK GDPR or equivalent standards.
6. Data Retention
Training completion records are retained for five years for CPD documentation. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Financial records are retained for the legally required period.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete (subject to CPD requirements), restrict processing, object to marketing, and request data portability. Requests can be made to [email protected].

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission, secure servers, limited staff access, and password-protected systems.
